Eetu Huhtala

My artistic practice comprises moving mechanical sculptures, other multisensory works, and large-scale metal sculptures. My work revolves around shared and personal experiences and wider societal issues. The humane experiences that act as the starting point of my works attach themselves to ordinary and familiar objects which my works often utilize, loaning their forms or functionality from them. My practice builds upon the shared humane experience of the world that often feels distanced from us.
